Overview

A phased reseating process will commence prior to the 2027 season, giving Husker football fans the opportunity to select seats as Memorial Stadium is transformed.

The Football Reseat Process will:

Honor the loyalty of current season ticket holders who are Huskers Athletic Fund members by prioritizing them at each Huskers Athletic Fund level.

Create clear pathways for Huskers Athletic Fund members and season ticket holders to secure and upgrade Nebraska Football season tickets.

Secure our financial model and generate the resources for Nebraska Football to set the standard in Division I Athletics.

Reward Huskers Athletic Fund members who give generously and support our culture of excellence and tradition of winning championships.

As the south end zone and west sideline are rebuilt, Memorial Stadium will be reseated to match the renovated stadium footprint. Below, you'll find detailed information about the Football Reseat process, including some next steps we encourage you to take. Phase 1: 2027 Reduced Capacity Seat Selection

In 2027, all season ticket holders - regardless of seating location - will be required to select new seating locations due to the reduction in stadium capacity and project impacts throughout the stadium including the west sideline and south endzone.

All priority seating contributions throughout Memorial Stadium will be revalued for both the 2027 and 2028 seasons. More detailed information including pricing and quantity limits will be provided in the coming weeks.

Phase 2: 2028 Season Seat Selection

As the Memorial Stadium project nears completion and capacity returns to 80,000 strong, all season ticket holders will participate in a seat selection process for the 2028 and future seasons.

General public season tickets will start at $299 (previously $420), with an estimated 5,000 seats available at that price

Approximately 25% of seats available to the public in Memorial Stadium will not require a priority seating contribution

Legacy Priority Seating Contribution Rates

Beginning in 2027, Nebraska will discontinue legacy priority seating contribution rates. All season ticket holders will be required to pay the priority seating contributions associated with their seat location. This change will also help streamline and improve the annual season ticket renewal experience. More information on 2027 pricing will be released in October 2026.

Selection Order

All current Nebraska Football season ticket holders and Huskers Athletic Fund members who join the Football Reseat Request List will receive an appointment time for the reseating and reparking process. Availability of season tickets and parking will depend on one's appointment time.

Appointment times for the reseating and reparking process will be determined using the Huskers Athletic Fund ranking system as of the ranking lock date of February 11, 2027 and the following prioritization:
